The night starts with chanko-nabe, the wrestlers' own hotpot, at a restaurant run by a former rikishi — and he joins your table. With your interpreter-guide keeping the conversation moving, you hear what the training, the hierarchy and the food are really like, then work through two or three of Asakusa's best izakaya and bars together.夜は元力士が営む店のちゃんこ鍋から始まり、店主自身が卓に加わります。通訳ガイドが会話を回しながら、稽古のこと、番付のこと、食事のことを本人の言葉で聞き、そのあと浅草の居酒屋とバーを2〜3軒はしごします。夜晚从一家由前力士经营的Chanko火锅店开始——店主本人入座同桌。翻译向导让对话流畅进行：训练、番付等级、饮食，都由亲历者本人讲述。随后一行人转战浅草最好的2〜3家居酒屋与酒吧。
